Patrick has worked both client and agency side during his 20+ year career, but the constant has always remained having an unwavering desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Technically, I've spent 30 years developing software, recently diving into data engineering and cloud tech with AWS & GCP. Jason is a UX/UI Designer with over 18 years experience. He began his career in Melbourne, working with startups during the dot-com era. This was followed by a 10 year stint in agency and client-side roles in London before he tired of the long winters and moved to Sydney. He has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, from startups to global brands, on projects covering traditional branding and integrated campaigns through to digital and motion graphics. Living by the mantra ’people are your greatest source of information’ he strives to understand user needs in order to shape simple, engaging, human-centred experiences which build an emotional connection with a brand.

Jen is a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager, with Scrum Master certification (CSM). Responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution and reporting. Jen is a critical conduit who actively gathers and understands project requirements to manage end-to-end delivery of quality solutions. Passionate about client service, Agile mindset, communication, teamwork, client/team success, process, creativity, quality, and retrospectives; she is a collaborative partner in projects who drives productivity and efficiency.

Neil is a Senior UX/UI Designer dedicated to addressing core business and customer issues through UX methodologies and visual design. With 10 years of experience, Neil has collaborated with clients ranging from startups to global brands, enhancing their products and experiences. Before his design career, he served as a critical care cardiac nurse, which enriches his style to UX with a unique blend of clinical precision and an empathetic approach. Neil combines his background in front-end development and healthcare with UX research and UI Design skills. Even when he leaves the office, Tim continues writing code at home. The creativity, organisation, sequential processing, problem solving. This is what keeps him up at night, a never ending thirst to create beautiful, powerful things and share them with the world.
