YOUR TEAM

UX designer

The UX designer crafts user-centric designs that simplify complex interactions. By understanding client goals and end-user needs, they create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Project manager

At Airteam, the project manager orchestrates the planning and execution of the project. Through consistent communication and a focus on quality, they simplify complexity, adapt to client needs, and ensure alignment with goals.

Software engineer

The software engineer translates client requirements into functional code.  Focusing on quality, security, and efficient implementation, they adapt to unique project needs, applying technical expertise to create bespoke solutions.

You

As the client, you provide the vision and specific needs, actively engaging with our team to shape the project. Through collaboration and open feedback, you contribute to a partnership that ensures the final product aligns with your goals.

The four phase process

Our process is a streamlined, transparent journey that results in a carefully crafted digital product.

We purposefully blend software development, human-centred design, and project management to construct a robust, real-world embodiment of your idea. It's your vision, lovingly translated into functional software.

We provide a scope of work which provides a cost breakdown and resourcing plan for your project.

Dive into our structured process to success

We create software that not only meets your business needs but also delivers meaningful value to your users. Our four-phase process is designed to transform your initial ideas into impactful, user-centric solutions.

Alignment & blueprint

Arguably the most important phase of the entire project, we’ll aim to sit down with you and your key people to ensure that we’re all on the same page in terms of ideals, success, expectations and responsibilities. It’s also a great opportunity to meet everyone who’s going to be involved in the project.

PHASE ONE
Design & tech scoping

Our UX team will take you on a human-centred journey to clarify the direction and intent of the project, and turn your ideals into tangible outputs - whether static designs, clickable prototypes, or other assets such as user journeys. These are created in a highly collaborative fashion with yourselves and your users, in order to rapidly validate and iterate our solutions.

PHASE TWO
Prototype

Once a solution has been designed, our development team will get to work turning it into a reality. We generally use a 2-week sprint model to iteratively build features while our UX team offers lean support as required.

PHASE THREE
Build & release

This is the post-release phase of the project - once we’ve ‘gone live’, we’ll then look at iterative phases of improvement and further feature releases, along with performing user testing sessions or monitoring analytics to analyse usability and uptake.
